How does Perk Up work?
Customers are eligible to receive money back on some of their favorite products. All they have to do is purchase an oil change using a qualifying product, submit their receipt online, and receive their rebate. It's that easy!
What are the qualifying products and rebate amounts?
The rebate amounts are based on the type of oil change they select.
- CAM2 Syn Blend - $3
- CAM2 High Mileage - $5
- CAM2 Full Synthetic and Dexos - $7
- Quaker State Full Synthetic - $7
How long does the promotional period run?
The current promotion is valid on qualifying purchases made between February 19, 2024 - January 18, 2025.
Will installers receive in-store collateral to help promote and execute the program?
Yes. Participating installers will receive a monitor dangler to attach to the POS and a laminated selling sheet that can be used in the service bay. Both pieces will advertise the rebate offer and have a QR code the customer can scan to access the rebate site and get more details.
Can installers advertise the Perk Up program to create customer awareness?
Yes. Installers can promote the Perk Up program to help drive more new customers into their bays.
How does the customer claim their rebate(s)?
Customers will submit their receipts through the Perk Up site by visiting www.cadenceperkup.com or by scanning the QR code on the service bay selling sheet or POS monitor dangler.
How many rebates are a customer eligible for?
Customers are eligible for 1 reward per receipt with a maximum of 3 receipts for the duration of the campaign.
How long do customers have to submit their rebate claim after their oil change purchase?
Participants with qualifying receipts will have up to 30 days after purchase to submit their receipt. The final submission date/time will be 02/18/25 at 11:59:59 for purchases made on 01/18/25.
How long will it take for the customer to receive their rebate?
It will take up to 48 hours for a submission to be processed and estimated two to seven days to receive the reward after approval.
How is the rebate issued? Does it need to be used where the oil change was purchased?
The rebate is a prepaid Visa card and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
Who is funding the consumer rebate offer?
Cadence is funding the Perk Up program and consumer rebate redemptions, so there is no cost to you!
Will there be additional promotions/products after this one expires? Is it a 1x promotion?
